Featured Projects
THE FRICK COLLECTION
Assembled and directed the teams that executed the critically acclaimed expansion and renovation of the Frick’s historic buildings. Completed in 2025, the project expands the Museum’s public amenities, improves visitor circulation and restores its “jewel box” galleries. The effort also includes full replacement of HVAC, Fire & Life Safety, and infrastructure systems. The project required complex agency approvals and faced robust opposition and litigation.
THE NELSON-ATKINS MUSEUM OF ART
Providing strategic advisory services to The Nelson-Atkins as they embark on a bold campus transformation that will provide Kansas City and the region with expanded opportunities to engage with Museum’s collections and programs.
THE METROPOLITAN MUSEUM OF ART
Spearheaded the Met’s Master Plan process which has since resulted in several significant completed, ongoing, and anticipated major capital projects, including the Tang Wing, slated for completion in 2029. The plan articulates the Museum’s aspirations and identifies infrastructural needs which are currently being addressed through a series of critical upgrades.
MET BREUER + FLORA BAR
Oversaw the Met’s effort to renovate and open Met Breuer, a satellite museum for Modern & Contemporary Exhibitions. The project sensitively restored The Whitney Museum’s brutalist masterpiece “Breuer Building” while adding a world-class restaurant, Flora Bar, by renowned Chef Ignacio Mattos.
WESTMORELAND CAFE
Managed the collaboration between Union Square Events and Bryan O’Sullivan Studios to create Westmoreland, a “jewel box” cafe inspired by it’s surroundings. Westmoreland provides guests with an approachable, yet upscale experience enhanced by murals from artist Darren Waterston.
FRICK MADISON
Developed the collaborative business framework between three of New York’s most prominent institutions - The Met, The Whitney, and The Frick, to enable the Frick to remain open during its construction. The project featured a “re-brand” and updated graphic identity by Pentagram, allowing “Frick Madison” to distinguish itself from its cultural partners.
